Business Money Market Accounts pay higher interest for higher account balances. These accounts are ideal for businesses who want competitive interest rates and need only limited access to their funds. Money market accounts have limited check writing privileges.

Savings Accounts

Statement Savings Accounts

A Business Statement Savings Account allows you to earn interest on your working cash. You receive quarterly statements and a fixed interest rate on your balance. Funds may be easily accessed using an ATM card. Limited monthly withdrawals are allowed. ATM cards are subject to normal credit approval.

Certificates of Deposit ~ CD's

Certificates of Deposit offer premium interest rates. Accounts mature after 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 2 years. Longer maturity pays higher interest rates. Early withdrawals are not permitted without penalty. Balances can be automatically rolled over at maturity.

CDARS

CDARS is the Certificate of Deposit Account Registration Service and it’s the easiest most convenient way to enjoy full FDIC insurance on deposits larger than $100,000.00. Contact the bank for more details.

Lines of Credit

Millbury National Bank offers several types of business credit lines. For businesses with seasonal sales, get a line of credit that allows you access to funds during slow sales periods and lets you pay down the balance during heavy sales periods. The credit line balance must be paid out annually.

Another business credit line option is a revolving working capital loan. Similar to the seasonal credit line, it does not require an annual pay out but may have other restrictions.

Business lines are renewed each year based on the previous years financial performance and are collateralized by business assets.
