Starting Tuesday, June 1st our lobby will be open!

We ask that you please continue to adhere to CDC guidelines. At no point will you be asked if you are vaccinated.

Unmasked customers and non-customers alike are welcome to use the front door.

Customers and non-customers who are more comfortable wearing a mask will be asked to use the side door for security purposes.

4/1/2021: Text Concierge is now live! Starting Thursday, April 1st you’ll be able to text us directly to get answers to your questions! No time for a phone call, no problem! If we can answer it direct through text we will.

Please keep in mind that we may need to answer your questions over a phone call to properly answer your questions and keep your account secure!
We are very excited to be able to offer our customers one more method of communication to make the banking experience easier and more mobile-friendly!


3/1/2021: Our lobby will be open from 9am-12pm Monday-Friday. Our drive-thru will be open our regular hours Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am-12pm.
During this time we ask that if you cannot complete your banking during lobby hours and require lobby access that you call and set up an appointment at (508) 865-9521. 

Precautions for entering the bank are as follows:

  • Please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask on you, one will be provided
  • After you are greeted at our side door (up the ramp) we ask that you move back to stand on the red "X", lower your mask, and look up towards our security camera
  • Have your ID ready and prepare to take a contact tracing questionnaire with an employee
  • No more than 4 people will be allowed in the bank at one time

7/10/2020: Starting Monday, July 13 we will reopen our lobby with limited hours Monday-Friday 9-12. If you cannot complete your banking during this time please continue to make appointments for lobby access. Our drive-up hours will remain unchanged Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:00, Friday 7:30-6:00, and Saturday 8:30-12.


6/15/2020 Update: Starting Monday, June 29th we will return to our regular business hours shown below and be fully staffed! However, we will remain drive-thru only and continue to take appointments for lobby access. You can reach us at (508) 865-9521 with any questions.

4/2/2020 Update: Until further notice Millbury National Bank will be open drive-thru only 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday and will maintain our Saturday hours as 8:30-12:00. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


Update: Effective tomorrow Tuesday, March 24 through Tuesday, April 7 Millbury National Bank will be opening the drive up at 8:30am. We will be closing at 4:00pm Monday through Friday during this time and will maintain our Saturday hours as 8:30-12:00. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


Effective Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 our lobby will be closed and our drive-up lane will remain open following our normal business hours.
